Donavan Pieterse
(pronounced Peters) is an investor
and New York state licensed real estate associate broker with Remax
Realty Plus specializing in short sales. His staff
negotiates debt settlements with banks and creditors for his
clients in pre-foreclosure when they have no equity.
Easy to Own Homes Inc.,
Donavan’s company, manages a portfolio of rent to own
properties. Many of these properties were purchased from
sellers destined for a foreclosure auction before he
negotiated a settlement. Easy to Own Homes Inc. is a member
of the Better Business Bureau and the Greater Syracuse
Chamber of Commerce.
Donavan and his
investing partners want to build this portfolio and have a
strong incentive to work on the client’s behalf. This is
the reason we can work without charging the seller any
fees. Real estate agents and attorneys lack the incentive
to follow through if using the normal model of practice.
There is too much time, effort and training required. Short
sales in the past have left them out in the cold with a lot
